H&H Group is a Multi-Asset family office that specialises in sustainable, value-driven multi sector exposure in the Middle East and Eastern Europe with a very strong focus on UAE and Hungary.

Within our RE allocations, we seek to invest dominantly into Prime, core+ and value-add investment strategies in residential and commercial Real Estate developments.

Our Direct Investment and Equity exposure is filled by Early Stage equity participation in companies operating and servicing the Financial Services and Real Estate Development sectors across our target markets.

Due to our strict asset selection criteria we seek to find a high level of investment security whilst partnering with sophisticated investors like HNWIs, UHNWIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers on both LP and GP levels.

H&H is part of a broader trend where the majority of Family offices make direct investments. 74% to be more accurate of all FO's according to FINTRX, Charles Schwab in 2023 took risk head on.

We aim to allocate with a hands on approach, participating in our equity participations on a daily basis. Current allocations in the GCC include industries such as furniture manufacturing, wood fabrication and Real Estate Contracting services.

H&H, a major hospitality participant in the Eastern European market, with over 1,600 rooms across 4 properties, also aims to participate in related investments that compliments the hotel industry and its related services.
